Pavilion Beach is walkable and you’re surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, nightlife, dance/yoga studios, galleries and more. Up on the 4th floor, you don’t have to leave home to be both secluded and in the limelight of downtown festivities. It is perfect for writers or artists wanting solitude and inspiration from the bustling fishing town that surrounds you.
This opportunity could include cat sitting our fabulous cat. She is a healthy
18 mo. old cat and she is independent, friendly, easy going, playful and
wants daily playtime, not to mention gorgeous. Rent reduced for this.

GREAT ROOM LIVING AREA
The great room has 16’ ceilings, exposed beams and 5 large bay windows facing south looking at the harbor, a tall east-facing window features sunrise, and a deck off the west side for sunset. The great room includes the main living area with a record player, CD player and a digital piano; the dining area surrounded by plants; and a gorgeous stairway up to the loft, a.k.a. “heaven”!

The large loft area includes two desks/work areas; a double bed, a couch, a 50” TV, a workout area with enough space for yoga and a small laundry room with washer/dryer combo.

The galley kitchen is off the dining area and has a large west-facing window along with everything you need to cook gourmet meals. Entrance hallway pictured below - the bedroom is on left, bathroom on right, great room ahead, and notice the loft above.

Below the loft is a quiet bedroom with a queen bed and an east facing window that can block out morning sun (or not). The bathroom across the hall has a shower bath (no windows).
There are few downsides that may or may not be that important depending on your personal
circumstances:
- There is no elevator, so you walk up 4 flights. The parking spot is 2 blocks away (we typically pull u
to drop groceries off before parking).
- Seagulls are ubiquitous in Gloucester and live on roof tops. This is a top floor apartment and the
lovely critters can be loud at times.
- You’ll need to water the plants.
- We have a cat that would love to stay here with you, but if that’s not possible, she will have another
place to stay.
We LOVE this home and are looking for caring, thoughtful renters (ideally friends or friends of friends)
