After working with Cynthia Packard at Castle Hill Art Center in North Truro, MA, I committed to painting from life (live models, still life, plein air) in order to stay present in the changing light and my own "seeing." The painting was alive in that way. My dance comrades from MAGMA modeled for me, and we experimented with moving and still actions.
