In response to Covid, Carey reinvented programs, classes and performances, including producing monthly virtual variety talk shows hosted by students, a virtual graduation video, dance for camera videos, multimedia production with music, performances and storytelling, and an interactive Admissions workshop.

Strategies: Shared sense of purpose; delegate problem-solving and leadership to students guided by faculty
Skills: camera work, video editing, curriculum design, improvisation, technical skills, marketing and promotion
